SHIPPING
USA CREATES currently ships within the United States. Each piece is created after your order is placed. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed. Tracking is provided once your order is on its way. Please make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an address needs to be updated, email hello@usacreates.com as soon as possible with your order number.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Each piece is designed here and created for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for preference, size, fit, or change of mind. Please review sizing, product details, and images before placing your order. Size guides are included where needed.
ORDER CHANGES
Orders begin moving through the process soon after they are placed. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, but if something needs attention, contact hello@usacreates.com as soon as possible with your order number.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll review it and make it right.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If an issue comes up, contact us and we'll help guide the next steps.

USA CREATES pieces are created with intention. Natural variation in color, placement, and finish is part of the character. Embroidered and graphic styles may show subtle differences from piece to piece. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and the nature of the piece.

This may include contact details, shipping information, order details, and basic site activity through cookies or similar technologies. Your information is not sold.
